"The highlight of my trip was this hotel. The hotel offered a lot of amenities that I didn't know it had when booked originally. It's walking distance to the bus station which had shuttles from Tokyo and to Gotemba which made our Japan travel so accessible. The hotel also offers their own free shuttle that goes around different stops in Fujiyoshida along with Lake Kawaguchi so you definitely have options of things to do and places to go. The hotel also is located walking distance from an amusement park (free admission when booking with the hotel) along with a few cute theme 'parks'. The food was amazing with a lot of choices (buffet, western restaurant, and japanese restaurant). The room we booked was huge...maybe a little too big for two of us but I'm not complaining. Our room faced Mt. Fuji and we were lucky enough to have a clear view of it. I'm definitely booking here again. It was so worth it. "

"It was one the most amazing stays of my wanderlust life. The atmosphere, personnel, food, installations and of course the view. We were able to see the Mt. Fuji all the way to the top! Our two meals were something else. The private hot springs are so peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend! "

"We thought this was a great facility - clean and modern. Beautiful! BUT, you need to walk about 4 blocks for breakfast from a convenience store. Suggest the hotel have a minimal continental breakfast such as croissants, yogurt, and some fruit. Nothing is in walking distance - had to take taxis to go anywhere."
