"Room is clean and big. I chose the Mt fuji view and wake up to mt Fuji every morning. Area surrounding the Ryokan is quiet and clean. Most staff speak English. No issues communicating. Breakfast and dinner were fixed meals. Airconditioning works exceptionally well."

"The room was clean, and breakfast was included. The hotel is within walking distance of a Lawson convenience store and several restaurants. We stayed here both before and after our Mt. Fuji climb, and it was a convenient and comfortable choice."

"Country inn style hotel with amazingly friendly staff The owner was so keen to help and really wanted you to have a good time Great view of Fuji Few restaurants near by and driving distance to the local attractions. Hotel is being renovated so some areas are newer than others but all very clean. Onsen was great particularly out door one."

"The hotel was really nice. Very clean, and the room was a nice size. We had a view of Mount Fuji from our balcony. Unfortunately, there was no patio furniture provided to sit out on the balcony. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the train station where all the action is. When booking it said the hotel provided shuttle service from the train station to the hotel, which is one of the reasons I picked this hotel. However, the shuttle service was very limited. You could not get a shuttle to the hotel from the train station until 3pm. We got in earlier than that, so we had to take a cab which cost about 1.300 yen. And even when we called at the designated time to get the shuttle from the station to the hotel the next day, we were told that one would not arrive for 20-30 minutes, so we just walked. You also had to book the shuttle to the train station when you checked out and were warned that it may be full. Despite these two issues, I would stay there again because the hotel was lovely."

"Truly a once in a lifetime experience. We were welcomed and had our car valeted, our bags carried to our room and were shown the property. Every single staff member was friendly and so helpful and made sure our stay was fantastic. They also upgraded us to a larger room with a balcony that was closer to the baths which was wonderful. My husband and I have tattoos which are not allowed in the public baths but we had no issue finding times to use the private baths during our stay. The meals were wonderful, thoughtfully served and added to the entire experience. Will reccomend to everyone going to Japan and wants a completely immersive and peaceful experience of a traditional ryokan stay."
