Style over substance. Hotel is aesthetically pleasing but service is appalling. For the money there are many better options. I would recommend booking one of those, and avoiding this hotel. There are many services that are ‘included’ that either no one tells you about or you have to jump through so many hoops to gather your own information and even then it’s not forthcoming. I would absolutely never stay here again.
