"Clean room and good location, but you have to bring shampoo, tooth blush, etc on your own as there's almost no amenity. Towels are provided but changed only once in 4 days."

"This hotel is conveniently located and it is very clean. Room size is much bigger than I expected. Everything exceeded my expectations. The front desk lady was very friendly and she let us check in early without extra charge. The location is great. It is very close to Lady's Market, bus stations, train stations, and airport express bus. We are very pleased with the stay and will definitely stay here again in the future. "

"Great and prompt service. Convenient with bus stop to main tourist sites just downstairs. Walkable to mtr station. Local restaurants nearby and Kai Tak shopping mall just 10mins walk away. Will definitely stay here again when we're back."
"Amazing stay. Facilities were excellent. We loved having the gym, Sauna and pool available to use. The convenience of the Mall and MTR was the icing on the cake. We will come back"
"Great hotel that is situated in a convenient location.
We had the family room which fitted our family (2 adults and 12 and 9 year old children) comfortably. The rooms are clean and serviced every day. There is a small rooftop pool.
There is a food court below which was great. We opted for breakfast to be included in our stay but also ate dinner there a few times."
"Arrived at 8:30AM, front desk staff checked us in, not needing to wait for the 2PM check-in time. Hotel staffs were friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean. The hotel is a bit dated, bit the room was clean and quite. The date we checked in the hotel, it was the typhoon Ragasa hitting Hong Kong the hardest, but we didn't hear any wind noise from our room. It is a nice hotel, will stay at this hotel again next time we are in Hong Kong."
