"Although the beach was a little bit of a long walk, they had a gentleman with a golf cart offering rides back and forth. Also, the stay included FREE access to the Jolly Trolly (which was great for getting around) & also a free 2 hr bike ride each day."

"l had a good experience during my 2nd stay. The rooms are clean, nice view, and staff does a nice job at make sure you have everything you need. We also enjoyed room service and Drift. However, my stay differed this time as I felt like the staff was less attentive and amenities not as well maintained. Our waiter was in a hurry to get us in and out for dinner. He only came by a couple times to take our order, never checked on us. Overall, my biggest disappointment was with the pools. There are not enough umbrellas, which is alarming giving high UV/temps in the summer. On the left, there were 11 umbrellas while to the right of the pool (same amount of chairs) only 5 umbrellas. I asked a staff member if we were allowed to move one, since several closed umbrellas were on the left. The staff member said no, they were not allowed to move them as the guest may want it later. Not 20 minutes later, other staff moved and gave away 4-5 umbrellas to other guests. I explained my situation to another staff member who apologized and said I was given incorrect information but unfortunately they gave away the last one. This was extremely frustrating. Also, at the “adult only” pool, families still brought their small children. In the main pools, parents weren’t watching their kids and we were splashed/bumped into numerous times. It’s an expensive place.. I came to relax and get away, so it’s frustrating. Id prefer a true adult only section and an umbrella instead of a “free” beach bag."
