Hotel was amazingly clean and well kept. Rooms were very large and shower was great with lots of hot water. My only complaint is the coffee was horrible, I recommend upgrading this part of the complimentary breakfast.

The location is very convenient, close to several points of interest, and having parking available was a big plus. Breakfast was nice, and the room was clean and comfortable overall. However, there was a noticeable issue with humidity in both the bathroom and the room itself. Although there were dehumidifiers placed in the hallways to help manage it, the humidity was still present inside the room. Overall, a good stay with a few areas that could be improved.

The room and the grounds were clean. Very nice staff at check in. My husband used the hot tub both days we were there. It is located across the street from the water so we walked a few times a day. Close to Dunedin which is a cute town. The breakfast was good. The only downside was the shower head. Water sprayed all over.

Staff was siper great and friendly. The downfall of our trip is it turned cold and wasnt able to enjoy hot tub as it is outside with no covering or blockage of weather. Pool is outside and small. Wasnt able to use either.
