"Staff was awesome, atmosphere was great. I’m not sure if this was a one off but there were trash bags(?) in the middle of the hallway. Not a huge deal but a bit odd. The restrooms have shampoo and shower gel, but no conditioner. If you have sensitive hair you’ll want to bring your own or find somewhere nearby that sells conditioner… Room was super comfy and in general my stay was great"

"The night manager was wonderful and very responsive. She personally came to remedy the problem. Here is what happened...We checked in late to our room and unfortunately, housekeeping didn't clean our room. When my son was getting ready to go to sleep, he noticed the sheets were soiled. We also noticed that used towels were still hanging from the hooks."

"We’re up in Rochester quite a bit visiting our son, who is in school there. This is a super easy, doesn't break the bank hotel. It’s clean, safe, and comfortable and the staff takes pride in every facet of the hotel. It’s super close to everything! We’ve stayed here several times now and the experience is consistent. "
