"No one at the desk to check in. Had to wait for him to finish cleaning windows. The mattress needs replacing. The side was broken springs. Had to sleep in middle. Wash clothes were hard to come by. Housekeeping did not tend to our room the entire time we were there. We finally put the trash in the hall. Had to ask for additional towels. Breakfast was not appealing at all. Found an ice machine on floor 1 and 3. We were on 2. There were construction men outside our window with a bucket truck the entire stay. Noisy. Parking was limited. Too many spaces taken up for electric. Everyone who wanted to go to the chicken place next door parked in the hotel lot. "

"Available parking, front desk staff hospitable and welcoming. Housekeeping didn't seem to exist, after two days we had to ask for housekeeping to do cleaning and we had to ask for more toilet paper and tissues. Those two things were not restocked when housekeeping did clean upon request. "

"Hotel was very dirty. And on the last day I was there. They didn’t have hot water."

"Perfect location to the Dome Arena for wrestling tournament. Easy check in and perfect size house for the 12 of us. Clean, 2 showers, all the towels and linen we needed for the whole weekend. Best coffee station, and easy to operate heating system. Close to every restaurant we could have possibly imagined. Thank you again for a perfect weekend stay!"

"The room was filthy. Had to ask for clean bedding it was gross! There was no soap at all. Smelled like beer and cigarettes! I’ve stayed at many Red Roof Hotels and this was by far the worst. There was blood or poop smeared on the bathroom wall! Absolutely disgusting! "

"The best part was the breakfast, which had some type of hot eggs, breakfast meat and waffles each day along with staples like toast, cereal, yogurt and fruit. I would not have stayed here if I had realized it was pet friendly. We found dog food in the middle of the floor of our room and the carpet had dog hair throughout. Random hair on the bathroom floor and in the tub. The furniture was pretty beat. The mattresses were incredibly hard. The mattress on the pull out couch was incredibly thin and you could feel every spring. We had to request sheets and the mattress protector was covered in grass and mulch. We had to put down a $50 refundable deposit on the room to cover any potential damages. However, it seemed to be in a safe area and the rates were very reasonable. "
