"The hotel is a beautiful, well-preserved colonial building. Although the rooms don't have private bathrooms, they are well-equipped and the shared facilities are very clean. There is no AC, but the heater and electric blankets work perfectly. All the staff were very polite and helpful.. we even had a lovely "little princess" take our keys when we checked out. The restaurant food was simply wonderful, the best we had during our entire trip."

"Not the most modern but still very comfortable place to stay. Has everything you need and continental breakfast was included. Food at the pub is excellent. Great views. Just a pity it was raining. Would recommend to my friends."

"Heather is a great host, spa was a delight and highlight...wood heater had us opening doors to Cool down. Very light bright and welcoming. Kitchen very well equipped and there were snacks to choose from too!! quiet location private and easy to find! I'll be back :) "
