"Centrally located to the beach - you can walk right across the street. It is a busy road to cross which was noted in other reviews. Bedding and Furniture could use an upgrade, beach chairs and supplies also need to be replaced. You can't beat the price! Overall very clean and well maintained - extremely responsive host. "

"Parking was very crowded and close. The room had a window in the entry door that wasn’t covered properly for privacy and let in light all night. The couch was dirty and the large rug was filthy. The bathroom was nice. The bed was good, and the refrigerator worked well. However, you had to go to another location for check in. If they cleaned properly and covered the window in the door it would be fine."

"Pool was great. A few suggestions for homeowners. Hooks in bathrooms for clothes. Nightstand on each side of bed. More outside chairs. Big tables but only 6 chairs. Repair decking as there was a missing wedge with a screw that was dangerous for our 2 year old. Loose board on stairs. Clean lounge chairs. Stove top burners were tricky."

"I cannot say enough nice things about this property. We had easily accessible parking, clean & comfortable accommodations, an amazing view of the beach from the balcony, all needed utensils to use the kitchen & grill, a ping pong table as well as accessories to make beach time more relaxing. Parvenah was an amazing host. Communication was great and she is so nice. Very highly recommended. I noticed some mentioned the traffic out front. It is busy, but it is not distracting. However, if you prefer more quiet, there is a balcony and yard in back that is calmer and has more breeze. "

"Very cozy and comfortable. Convenient to beach and restaurant and grocery store. The unit itself could use a little TLC or upgrading. Would love to see a few more items in the kitchen for guests who eat in/cook breakfast — pot holders would be great. Just little things. "

"Great location to beach! House was a bit “worn out”. Master bathroom needs a good deep cleaning. Mold in shower and on the bathroom counter. All other bathrooms were clean, as well as bedrooms.I would stay here again, but request that the master gets a deep clean."
