Absolutely beautiful property! Lovely pools and impeccable beach. Restaurants are good, housekeeping was the only miss - no turndown one night and had to request cleaning at 3 pm after having had the service sign on all day

The property is beautiful! The staff and service were exceptional. We had an electrical problem in our bathroom on Saturday and the electrical engineer, David Lociseron, left us the kindest note wishing us a happy anniversary. It’s that personal touch that really impressed me. I will definitely return to the property.

Darin and the staff at the beach, pool, valet, housekeeping, butler, FD, restaurants were all fabulous. loved nightly turndown service. room was clean and comfortable. balcony large. food at CW prime, Aura were excellent as was breakfast at Riva and the coffee/baked goods at Carolinas. loved the Lagoon experience, feeding the tortoises and the lazy river. great staff for these activities as well. can’t wait to go back. thx St Regis!
