"This was an absolutely wonderful stay for our first (and hopefully not last!)stay on AMI! Honestly, the listing photos do not do the condo justice..first of all, its been updated since most of these photos were taken (for example, new tile floor and no carpet), and it is way larger than the photos make it look! The owner was so easy to communicate with, the condo was very well stocked, and very clean. The beach was a mere 50ft or so, such an easy walk, and the beach closet was well stocked with a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. My kids absolutely loved the water and the pool! We never ran into anyone else at the pool while we were there, and it was nice and warm. The only drawback (at no fault of the owners) is the house directly in front is under construction and this is pretty loud, starting around 7am. But still, no biggie! Lovely, lovely place!"

"We were so pleasantly surprised! And enjoyed ourselves thoroughly! The cottage was super clean! We were literally right on the beach, and yet it had the cottage vibe decor, that was darling! We loved the fact that it was family friendly. We were there without kids but your cottage and apartment neighbors became like family! We feel like we have met friends for life! We had heard how sweet Alice was to deal with and would do anything to make your stay perfect...Luckily, we got to meet her on our last day as she was out of town, we would have been sad not to have met her after all the hype! And everyone was correct, she's a doll!! Alice is the type that would bend over backwards to make sure your stay was exactly what you wanted. It's evident because there have been couples that have been returning for 17 plus years! Everything shops, restaurants and grocery stores are all in walking distance! "Our family had a great stay at this property. The location was extremely convenient—just one block from Holmes Beach—which made it easy to walk back and forth throughout the day.The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. We especially loved the pool area; the aesthetics were beautiful and it created a really relaxing atmosphere. The outdoor grill area was another highlight and was a popular hangout at night for our family.Overall, it was a wonderful place for a family getaway, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable spot close to the beach."

"The space in the house is ideal for bigger families as so many of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The pool was great for days when the beach was too much sun. The hot tub didn’t work for the first few days, unfortunately. The company came to fix it and then it was enjoyable. Lovely house. Wish it was a little closer to Pine street for walking around, but the kids just rented bikes so that was good. "
