"The cottage was very close to the beach, 2-3 blocks. It came equipped with a beach wagon, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. Easy to transport all to the beach. Kitchen and bathroom were both well-stocked with essentials. Beds were comfy. We enjoyed the back screened patio for coffee each morning.Very nice cottage, very clean and comfortable. Close to lots of restaurants and shops.We very much enjoyed our 3 night stay and would recommend to other couples."

"Fantastic house and an even better location! The beach access was incredibly convenient, the views were amazing, and the house was exceptionally well-stocked and beautifully appointed. Every rental claims to have everything you need, so we did what we normally do and stocked up on the essentials before arriving. As it turns out, we didn’t need to—the house truly had it all!We had one minor issue when storms knocked out the hot water heaters, but Nicole was on it within minutes, and everything was fixed within an hour. The responsiveness was outstanding, especially considering it was something completely outside their control.We’ve rented numerous homes on Anna Maria Island over the years, and this one truly stands out. We will absolutely be back!"

"The house is steps from the beach! Everything you need is provided- chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, beach towels, etc. and a cart to haul it all to the beach. The front porch is spacious with nice furniture and has a pretty view of the beach and the sunset sky. The kitchen is well-stocked with 3 coffee makers , sugar, a few spices, oil and enough trash bags, soap, etc for 2 people for the week. The house was immaculate, the water pressure is great. The king size bed is very comfortable. The pool area is wonderful. I can’t think of anything negative to say. Also very close to Pine St. and all the shops and restaurants. We booked another stay before we left."
