"AMI is an excellent hosting company to work with. They were very responsive in trying to resolve the pool heater not working which was the only draw back to the stay in Feb. As for core stay items:Plenty of towelsComfortable beds and linensToiletries in each bathroomVery clean and organized throughoutNew Beach Chairs for epic sunsetsComfortable, quiet temp controlWe would absolutely come back to this house. One call out to future renters is lot next door looks ready for construction. "

"Host was great no issues there. Just wasn’t impressed with the furniture and bed.Wasn’t very comfortable, the maintenance on the house was in much need of attention.It’s the details like frayed window shades, chipped tiles, stained grout. There was a dirty towel left on back of bathroom door from previous occupants. Anna Maria Island is not a cheap vacation and that’s fine, but with that is the expectation of nice accommodations. One of the bed pillows had a smell of being washed and not dried all the way. It was the only feather pillow in the place. Should be replaced "
