Calling all beach bums and sun-worshippers - this modern home is your ticket to Coastal Carolina living! Nestled between the beach and the Sound, this newly built (2020) home offers a convenient location just steps from deeded access to the sand and surf. You'll be able to bask in the sunshine and sea breezes while sipping coffee or cocktails on one of the home's four private decks. The Surf City Pier, local dining options, and attractions like the Surf City Murals and the Topsail Touch Tank Aquarium are all within two miles of the home. A foldable wagon for carrying items to the beach, cornhole, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, and sand toys are all provided ultimate convenience and added fun! The home is even equipped with an outdoor shower.

The inviting interior is filled with vibrant beach tones and coastal decor, helping to set the mood for your stay. The primary suite and two guest rooms can be found on the first floor. The fourth bedroom is located upstairs on the main floor. The primary suite includes private deck access. One of the guest rooms is set up for kids with a bunk bed, games, and a smart TV equipped with a Super Nintendo video game console.

The main floor's open-concept layout is designed for family gatherings and features wrap-around windows allowing for strong natural light to flood the space. Plush seating and a smart TV welcome casual downtime in the living room. The stainless steel full kitchen is ready and equipped for culinary inspiration. Meals can be shared around the dining table or out on the deck.

The home is also equipped with an elevator for ease of access and added convenience for hauling luggage or beach gear. Additional essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
