The chicken wings were so good and check in was smooth and easy. Weekend nights might want to bring a pair of shower shoes for the shared men's room.

The room was what you would expect, simple but powerpoints are behind the bed. Access from the car park to your accommodation is through the bar area unless you try going through with children after certain hours then you have to walk around the property down your choice of dark alley.

The 2 bedroom apartment was much more than I expected. Large and very spacious! Went downstairs for dinner and food was delicious. Staff were very friendly. Only down side to the trip was the signage from the car park situated at the back of the venue and where you check in for accomodation was almost non existent bar one sign. However it does look like they are completing renovations so this may be a factor. Overall I would definitely book and stay again!

It was a good stay for one night. The apartment was huge and my kids enjoyed every moment of it. The kitchen cupboards where dirty and sticky and I understand there is renovations happening so I would love to see it when everything is completed. Check out was not convient as the access to cars was difficult people on the streets outside scared my children.

Close to shops, transport and food. Safe car park. But smelly hallway and toilets. Toilets not always clean. Shower hot water doesn't heat up, cold showers. Bed linen had urine stains, and bugs in the room. When squished blood came out. Horrible. Room ceiling light unclean.

I recently stayed at the Guilford hotel for two days, and overall, their service was exceptional. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bed frame, as it did not meet my expectations. Additionally, the water kettle in my room was broken, and when I approached the staff for a replacement, I was informed that it couldn't be replaced at that time (7:00 AM). In my opinion, it is the hotel's responsibility to ensure that all amenities are in working order. On a positive note, the parking area was quite spacious, but I found it inconvenient that the door to access the back parking area was closed. Although they mentioned that the door opened from 10 AM to 10 PM, it poses an inconvenience for guests who need to access the area earlier than 10 AM due to early travel plans.
