"The Hotel Estherea's location is ideal for visiting Amsterdam. We loved our room and enjoyed the welcome at the bar/breakfast room. All the staff were very helpful and welcoming and we can't wait to return to this hotel when we next visit Amsterdam."
"The room was clean and quite a bit bigger than expected. The only issue would be the taps in bathroom really hard to find that sweet spot for temperature. Breakfast was pretty plentiful. "
"The staff was so lovely, very easy to talk to and very understanding about extenuating circumstances, they celebrated with me after my luggage was found and recommended good shops and tram routes "
"I'll start with what was good, the location is great, the service was excellent, and everything was very nice and clean. However, the room pictures shown when booking the room are deceiving as the room we booked was the smallest hotel room I've ever seen and didn't look like the room in the example photos. I didn't pay attention to the square footage when booking and that was my mistake but I've never payed attention to square footage when booking a room but I will from now on. My other complaint is they didn't provide washcloths for showering, not sure if that's a European thing or not and we didn't ask because we were in a hurry in the mornings when we would go to take a shower and remembered we didn't have them. Overall though we enjoyed our stay. "
"Only problem was that there were no options for bedding. Only had a duvet which was far too hot to be able to sleep as the room had limited temperature variation. We asked for a blanket and after a few attempts a manager finally found two small covers to use. The breakfast was outstanding. The staff were great. The location was great."
"Very happy with accommodations. Staff was very friendly and very helpful and asking questions room very clean. Very accessible to the area. Was a center of everything and walked everywhere."
