"Beautiful building, but inside the hotel rooms could do with bringing it up to our century. The tv is so far away from the bed, you can order room service , by using the QR code, but once you’ve checked the menu out, you then have to ring a telephone number to place your order, there is also a charge of £5 per tray . Breakfast plenty to choose from, but the hot food was not hot it was cold Wouldn’t stay there again ."

"I didnt expect a top rated hotel especially as it was a very good deal . But what i got was a very good experience, frienly staff, in a great position by the canals.. and good choice of music!! "
