Staff were amazing. We arrived late and I explained I’d requested a twin and they said they had booked me a double, I explained was sharing with my sister and the manager offered us 2 double rooms as an apology they didn’t have two twin rooms.
So lovely and had a lovely night stay

Great breakfast. Hotel looks a bit dated but recognised as major refurb on way.
Great hotel, big room with desk so perfect for work. Lots of parking at a small cost. Breakfast was great, room really clean and gym access 24 hours which is perfect when youve worked late. Staff are really friendly.

Good value for money stay
We were checked into the hotel by Angela who was super friendly and very welcoming
The hotel is undergoing renovations, so the rooms are dated but clean and very spacious
The buffet breakfast was very good, a great selection, also availability of cook to order eggs and omelettes was a olus
It was great.stay over all, however too much noise outside our room which meant we did not get much sleep (people were arguing). Lovely breakfast, clean hotel and lovely professional staff.
We had a great stay at this hotel last weekend. The room was clean, spacious and perfect for our family of four, giving us plenty of comfort. The staff was absolutely brilliant—friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of options, including plenty for vegetarians. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it!
I’ve stayed here before and the rooms have always been comfortable although a little chilly and I still haven’t worked out how to use the heating. The food has improved and breakfast was a real delight

Very nice front desk staff, and cleaning staff especially Simona who helped me with my bags when she saw me struggling. The hotel is a little dated, but apart from that a fine stay.
