Fraser in Hoisdorf from AU$259

We loved the proximity to airport and being able to walk from the airport.

Overall this is a great hotel to stay in convenient to my family locally and easy access to bergedorf and hamburg. The staff as always fantastic. Special mention to Yvonne on weekends. 2 negatives whoever. The first is having no fridge in the room, i am sorry guys simply not good enough for a 4 star hotel. The 2nd no air conditioning in the current hot conditions in europe made for a very uncomfortable sleep.

Great location and helpful staff.

A nice quiet hotel not far from the city centre just a few minutes walk to the train station

Brand new, really well laid out, nice decor........

Great location for catching train couple of minutes walk Fantastic breakfast place nearby. Grocery store 3minutes walk.

The room was clean, good natural light, comfortable. The bathroom was well organised. The reception desk was helpful and very pleasant. The dining room, accessed by a cute enclosed glass bridge over the canal, provided very good breakfast and dinner. It was an easy brisk walk to the Elbphilharmonie. A very good hotel.

Check-in and out efficient. Situated very close to station. Railway was right outside my window and I could hear the train during the night, but it was no louder than my iPhone buzzing. Breakfast was excellent. Only minus was the room service knocking at 9 am to confirm I was checking out. Made me feel rushed.

This property has had lots of thought put into its design and the sort expectations kids big and small have when they go on holidays it’s qwerky, challenging, smart, alternative design, but everything works works well and is safe. One exception is a glass door closing off a hallway which does not have a marker to help visitors’detect’ when it’s closed!!!!

Everything was easy and seamless - pur luxury. The bar is amazing, so was the massage - endless choice. And to have a fantastic breakfast in such a beautiful setting just toped it off!

This hotel was fabulous newly renovated room ultra comfortable beautifully presented throughout

Great hotel with lots of food and drink nearby and close to the train station. The staff were extremely helpful and helped me locate some personal belongings I left behind and really went out of their way to make sure I was able to retrieve them. Special thanks to Patricia and Miriam.

Despite being the first batch of customers for the hotel, we had the greatest stay here at NYX. Staff was very friendly and the facilities were amazing. Room was spacious and clean.

A beautiful hotel indeed! Amazing location! And has a great sauna!

Clean and comfortable. Close to station, grocery shop and food places. Extremely lovely staff.
