"Only complaint would be pillows, for me, flat firm pillows dont work. Staff is the best! They were always Super helpful. Location is good...close to the Barbican, aquarium, and waterfront. Room was very clean, well appointed and had great black-out drapes."

"Lovely apartment. Great location as there are wonderful bars and places to reach within a two min distance. The apartment was a great size and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. Lovely and clean but stating to show signs of ware and tear. I was a little bit cautious of sitting on the furniture as I think the leg are not so strong and n need of replacing or repairing. "Our room was excellent and staff helpful. Lots of roadwork happening near the hotel so no convenient place to park & unload. No on site parking, used public car park 5 minute’s a way at £13 per day. Public transport, buses, at the door were excellent."
