"This hotel is really new, clean and very comfortable. Although a 50mins ride by taxi to town it wasn't too much of a problem as taxi rides cost about USD15 . Excellent getaway, nice pool, pool bar, deck and gym facility. Toilet and bath area were well designed. Beds were soft to sleep in. AC was good and cold in the afternoon heat of Saigon. Certainly for me a delightful stay experience. "

"A nice modern western style hotel Some distance out of the downtown area, but walkable distance to the Aeon Mall. The room is big. The swimming pool is nice to staff for helpful and polite. Parking was easy and free. All city views from the upper floors Oddly, there were no amenities provided in the bathroom, such as toothbrush or qtip, etc. Huge water Dispenser on the counter And kitchen with cookware but minimal. "

"I travel fairly frequently for both business and pleasure - so have stayed at the higher-end (Marriott, Hilton) to the lower-end (La Quinta, Holiday Inn, etc.) places. I picked this particular cheap/affordable hotel because of unexpected one-night trip to HCMC - and just wanted to be near to the airport. For the price, the Solex is a great value (clean & fairly good sized room). It is located in an area with tons of (local) food venues. Just a couple minor things: the backside of the hotel...

"Gorgeous luxury hotel! Great spa, & gym fantastic pool. Business friendly & awesome for holiday. Best & one of the nicest hotel we have stayed in. High quality & tasty breakfast with a wide selection with fresh fruits & juices. Worth including it in the stay. Rooms & amenities excellent with great attention to details.finally incredible service. You can tell all staff are trained well as service was consistently excellent. We will be returning. "
