"Booked a 2 days/1 night cruise with Orchid Classic. Above all a big shout out to the staff. They do go a long way to give you the best experience. In particular, Hoa was looking after us and she has delivered a fantastic service. The boat is a little tired but very comfy and has all the required amenities including a jacuzzi and some kayaks. Ha Long bay has disappointed as the water is quite dirty. There are far too many boats, not providing any privacy on the boat. The activities included...
