"Staff was great!"

"The room was clean and well maintained. A little dated but that’s ok. Staff were friendly and helpful, though finding the concierge to store luggage was a bit confusing due to lack of direction on where to go. The location of the hotel is convenient, especially for my purpose in the city, however it is very loud along the road and the building has no sound proofing. Literally every night there were loud cars going by, sounded like street racing, with loud music, people screaming and talking loudly at all hours. So rest was nearly impossible. "This was our first booked trip as a family of 4 and our stay was excellent. Highlight of the stay was the breakfast. We wanted to get to the pool, but it got shut down early Friday night due to an accident. Hotel is in a great spot for walking around and accessing the majority of downtown Chicago. Check in and check out was easy, room was very spacious for a family of 4 and we had a great time. Embassy suites will be our first choice when planning our next stay in Chicago. Few things to point out that were little hiccups in our stay, the phone in our room had a connection issue to the front desk, no biggie as we spent most of our time out in the city. The other thing to note is the elevators, if the hotel is packed, you will be waiting for the elevator for an extended time, so just keep that in mind when planning outings in the city. Do yourself a favor and go on spot Hero and book a parking spot if your traveling with your car. Hotel valet was double the price I paid for in and out access right next door to the hotel for 2 nights. We will be back to this location for a future stay!"
