Excellent staff. Free bottled water station, laundry, and clean. Parking is cheap daily offsite for the loop. The pub attached to the hotel is reasonably priced and the food was good. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay.

Room exceeded expectations and came with a stunning view with floor to ceiling windows with Lakefront view of Lake Michigan and a great view to the north of the city. Washer and dryer worked perfectly. I would absolutely stay there again when in Chicago!
