"The staff receives you with drinks and a smile on their faces as they unload your suitcases off your vehicle. We had zero wait. I loved that instead of a big front desk on the lobby, there were several desks of people who would take care of you as you sat comfortably and waited. We were checked in probably about 10 minutes. Our room wasn’t ready, however we were able to go to the buffet to eat and when we returned we had our room ready. Loved that the property was a good size. I have been to enormous properties where they have to put you in a golf cart to get to your room. Here, we were about a 3 minute walk from our room. The room was super clean! It was beautiful just as in the pictures. Everything you need is found. A mini fridge stocked with juice, beer, and water. They supply a bottle of wine, and apples. There is a coffee maker and an espresso machine, coffee pods included. All of the amenities that you desire: umbrella, blower, slippers, bathrobe, scale, steamer, iron. The room has a safe box, and the bathroom a tub and TWO SHOWERS! The place is extremely family friendly. Never felt that my daughter was unsafe when she was sitting in a beach chair on her own when we were in the pool. The room’s air conditioning is perfect. Might get a little chilly at night, but the comforter and blankets will keep you warm. Loved how friendly and hospitable the staff was. They did not hesitate to make your stay more comfortable. Julio at the Mexican restaurant was amazing."

"Todos nos encanto, todo estuvo perfecto, desde la comida hasta los cuartos, excelente. Todos los restaurantes a otro nivel y el personal ni se diga. En el restaurante italiano nos atendió Ray y fue excelente, tambien Jonathan en el restaurante mediterráneo. En general, todo EXCELENTE!! Quiero volver pronto!"
