"Kids enjoyed the pool and archery. Food was ok not great. Staff was friendly. The room was not the best mattress was broke down toilet didn’t flush properly doors didn’t close properly. Noisy neighbors fighting at 2am on one of the nights kept us awake for hours."

"We spent 7 days with our 3.5 year old toddler and 7 month old baby at Finest Punta Cana in March 2026. Highlights included the beautiful beach, pools, and drinks. There was lots to do and we never felt bored. Our toddler had an absolute blast playing in the pools, building sand castles, and dancing at the live music shows. The food was better than we’d expected. We felt the buffet food could be improved, but we really enjoyed all the meals we had at the restaurants. The check-in process was a bit confusing and it took longer than we would’ve liked to get our room, but overall the service was good. Staff checked in with us regularly to ask if there was anything we needed and followed up promptly on our requests. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would recommend, especially to families with young children."

"My wife and I stayed at Serenade All Suites – Adults Only Resort from January 27 to January 30, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. During our stay, my wife’s Gold earrings, Pandora bracelet, and a few other small jewelry items went missing from our room. What makes this even more concerning is that these items were kept inside the room safe, which should be a secure place for guests to store valuables. After returning home from the trip, we also discovered several fraudulent charges on our credit cards, which made the situation even more alarming. We reached out to hotel management hoping they would take the matter seriously and help investigate. Unfortunately, their response was very delayed and they were not helpful at all. Communication was slow, and we felt like our concerns were not treated with the seriousness they deserved. Aside from this major issue, the overall experience at the resort was not impressive. While the property looks nice visually, that’s about the only positive thing we can say. The food was very poor, especially the buffet, which lacked flavor and variety. There were very limited restaurant options, and even those did not offer much selection. On top of that, many of the employees seemed uninterested in interacting with guests. Basic hospitality like greeting guests with a smile or showing enthusiasm was largely missing. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend staying at this resort. "

"Beach was great, Expedia’s booked room was for ocean view, property does not have ocean view. Housekeeping keeps forgetting towels. Room smelled like heavy bug spray upon arrival. Front desk did not respond at night. Lack of music around pool. Lack of communication for activities. Food was good, not authentic."

"Our second time at the Grand Sirenis. Very happy with our stay, they keep It well kept and very family friendly. Good Mix of activities, restaurants, and entertainment daily. "

"Some of the reviews we've seen about this resort made us nervous but our experience traveling from Canada with an 8 year old and a 5 year old was very positive. We were especially impressed by how helpful and friendly everyone was. We stayed in a Flate Swim Up Suite. The room was huge with sliding doors that closed between the bedroom and living space. It felt like we had two completely separate bedrooms with a huge bathroom. The swim up option was great for slow mornings or a bit of down time late in the day. We were able to interact with SO many characters. I was impressed that the Nickelodeon recreation staff would offer to take photos with our phones to avoid having to purchase the pictures from the professional photographer. Although there were lots of people around, the resort never felt overly packed and we were able to do and see everything we wanted. There were always chairs available at the pool/beach/waterpark and people naturally coming and going throughout the day. I understand why reviewers are hard on the food. It wasn't great but there were always options. The a la carte restaurants were fine but we stuck to the buffet for the most part so we weren't tied to a specific reservation time to eat. My advice - pay the extra and GET SLIMED! The experience was so fun and memorable for the kids and adults alike. Once again - the staff took my phone and videoed the whole thing so we have it to keep. So fun!"
