"Great stay the only complaints was the AC didn’t work very well and the reservation for the restaurants were sold out at 730 am so made it difficult to make reservations"

"Check in at the hotel was a breeze. Staff was courteous , friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and with large balcony but the Elevator near our room was slow and did not work at times. Short walk to the beach front . Beach area was huge with white sand and with lots of lounge chairs but we did not enjoy the beach coz the water was not clear at the time of our stay. Food ( buffet) had lots of variety /choices. There are also 4 other specialty restaurants where you can have dinner. Hotel distance from airport is a plus. (15 to 20 minute drive). A Quiet and serene place to stay overall."

"The rooms are decent manager is amazing some of the staff are awesome but I suggest either learning some Spanish or bringing someone who is fluent with you aside from that as soon as you get checked in i suggest going straight to guest services to make your dinner reservations the Japanese and dominican food was AMAZING"
