"The property was gorgeous and very well-maintained. I am an early riser, and there were people out maintaining the grounds and buildings from 6 am and on - all day. The people were also fantastic. I would like to make a shout-out to manager Marleny, who made sure our experience was over-the-top in a professional, unassuming way. She is fantastic!"

"I Liked Everything. Property was huge, and very clean. Food was fantastic, and the best part was the blue Ocean together with a close walking distance to food court which had the most delicious bites that made the experience the best one so far. All Staff were good at their job, but the ones that will always be remembered for me and my family for their hard work, being super professional, kind and respectfull were Carlito and Margarita from Main Buffet. They always smiled, and treated us like we were their families. Our vacation was great in a very beatiful resort with a stunning beach and to put a cherry on a final touch was the great hospitality service from Carlito and Margarita. Me and my family are very thankful to them for making our stay with the kids a very delightful experience. Thank you again."

"This resort is amazing! There are so many pools, if you want to lay low and away from big crowds you have smaller pools to the side, but the main pool is such a vibe! Its huge, the music is great, the staff is fun and friendly. Now….. i will say, the food is not the best, but its definitely not the worst either. I’ve had better resort food, but the property has so much to offer (like the best hotel gym i’ve ever been to!) and a great kids water park if you’re planning a family trip, it makes it all worth it, "

"Resort is ok, clean, receptionist not show us where is a restaurant or scheduled , not have a map or notes in the resort room, not share with us should be turn on the tv…. nothing we have to figure it out , looking for restaurant by self, and eat the most buffet, later we found restaurant but we only made one sushi reservation and was missed 3 restaurants even we made a phone called, go to online early but still don’t have, don’t know what’s they organized … NOT Happy at all, staff language is not well but they really kind of."
