"Spa and restaurant were both closed the Friday evening that we spent here, which was disappointing. Instead, we visited a couple breweries in the area. The receptionist was wonderful and very helpful! The hotel itself was clean and had a cool forest theme inside. "First part of our stay. We loved this hotel we spent Xmas eve and Xmas day until the the 29th. It gets extremely busy from boxing day!! Maggie at reception really stood out to my family such a excellent check in experience! My kids love this hotel, slide amazing cool game room (needs a few other things) Building room is great, playroom was too young for y children. Movie slots in English would be appreciated. Our room was perfect for 5 of us and we will definitely be back. Breakfast is great extremely busy. Dinner one night was excellent but once is enough. "
