Spa and restaurant were both closed the Friday evening that we spent here, which was disappointing. Instead, we visited a couple breweries in the area. The receptionist was wonderful and very helpful! The hotel itself was clean and had a cool forest theme inside. Would recommend for a spa getaway, but not the most ideal accommodation to check out downtown Gothenburg.

Disappointing Stay with Multiple Issues

My stay at this hotel in June 2023 was disappointing. From the beginning, I encountered numerous problems that made my experience far from pleasant. The hotel’s closed restaurant led to an unfortunate incident where the staff rudely asked me to leave the premises when I brought a takeout lunch to the lobby. This lack of understanding was disheartening, forcing me to eat in the parking lot. The room I was given was small, poorly ventilated, and lacked air conditioning or a fan. The oppressive summer heat made it incredibly uncomfortable. Ongoing construction around the hotel added to the noise and further hindered any chance of relaxation. Maintenance issues were evident throughout the hotel, with junk in the hallways and poorly maintained infrastructure. I even noticed electrical wiring hanging out, raising safety concerns. It was disappointing that despite being advertised as a relaxing spa, no spa facilities were available. Additionally, the hotel staff frequently spoke loudly, often overpowering guests in the crowded public areas. Overall, my stay at this hotel was unsatisfactory. The treatment during lunch, lack of proper cooling, ongoing construction, and maintenance issues significantly marred my experience. I would strongly advise seeking alternative accommodations until improvements are made.

Frukost med Bacon och pannkakor, en fantastisk kombination. Prosciutto Och honungsmelon och allt annat du kan tänka dig till frukost. SPA i Unik miljö på berget med olika pooler och olika typer av bastu, tropisk bar, reagge musik med mycket trevlig personal.

Treetop Spa Hangout & Hotel är ett utmärkt val för den som vill bo nära Göteborg men ändå slippa stadens stress. Rummen är rymliga och fräscha, med bekväma sängar som ger en riktigt god natts sömn. Frukostbuffén är både generös och härlig, med fräscha råvaror och ett brett urval som passar alla smaker. Lägg därtill möjligheten att njuta av spa, pool och relaxytor, så blir vistelsen en perfekt kombination av komfort, välmående och närhet till stadens puls.

Slidt og for nedadgående

Slidt, virker som et sted der er ved at lukke. Reklamerer med spa, vær obs på det er megadyrt at tilkøbe (695 svenske pr. person), der burde i det mindste havde været en jacuzzi som alle kunne bruge. Eneste lyspunkt var morgenmaden, det er den der trækker det op på 2 stjerner.

Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Mysigt rum med egen balkong. Dock var underhållet lite eftersatt på sina håll. Flera trasiga brädor på balkongen och rostiga hörnen i duschen bland annat. Men bra mat och ett väldigt mysigt ställe!
