We loved this hotel best so far on our 22 day trip around Sweden. Breakfast was awesome, coffee anytime of the day in the lobby and GREAT help at the front desk to show us what to see downtown and how to use the water taxis! Highly recommend!

beautiful location by the river

Very good hotel, which is located fantastically nicely by the river. Unfortunately the air conditioning in the whole hotell did not work, so it was very hot. And the toilet looked a bit worn (see picture) Otherwise, absolutely excellent and very good breakfast.

Ok hotel and service.

Completely ok stay. The hotel is in a nice tucked away harvour area. The hotel itself serves 3 star. Lobby area is nice. The hotel rooms are outdated and in need of a big scrubdown and painting. The beds are ok. You need to book your breakfast time in the weekends, something we were not aware of. You also need to let them know if you want your roomed cleaned between stay.

Stay away if you want a nice holiday

"Low Quality Hotel 11" should be the name. Choose somewhere else to stay. Rooms are dirty. I had an old sushi left in the room by some previous guest, with 29 degrees outside and a broken AC and windows that wont open the room was really nasty.and smell of fish. Minibar broken. Staff did not give us any other room. lobby was dirty, lots of old food left everywhere. empty pizza boxes and bottles..place was full of young adults having a party until late night. No staff in reception. Securtity guards had to be called. No one answering at front desk. No fans to borrow even though AC was broken. Small pillows and small beds (not std double beds). Many guest complaning.

Staff at the hotel were pleasant to deal with. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the basic comforts plus a large balcony. There is a bus that connects you to the city centre and a connect tram gets you to Haga. An uber is also a convenient option! Outside the hotel there is a grocery store but since our room didn't have a kitchenette it was of limited use. I would advise hiring a car for longer stays. Thanks for having us!
