An incredibly inviting hotel, lovely ambience, very clean throughout. The breakfast was excellent too. Great location next to Haga and a lot of nice bars and restaurants a short walk away.

Great location, right next to the tram stop and a 5min walk from the old town with many bars and restaurants. Staff were so welcoming and helpful, the onsite spa was a great experience. Our room had a great view over the city, great at sunset!

The hotel is nice and well located . The staff are very friendly. There was quite alot of construction noise in the area but I understand this is out of the hotels control. The bars downstairs were not always open. We were told we could take a drink from the downstairs bar to our room as it was closing . However when I tried to take a drink from the rooftop bar to our room I was told it was not allowed which was a bit confusing. I would definitely stay here again if I was visiting Gothenburg

Draken Hotel was absolutely amazing. Room was a great size and very modern. Only complaint is NO drawers. Bed linen was best ever. Reception staff were very nice & helped me when I had an issue which was quickly resolved. Breakfast fantastic & lots of choices. Will definitely return.

Comfy room with good views across Gothenburg, powerful shower. Centrally located for easy access to sights, restaurants and bars. Rooftop bar was also quite vibey for a Saturday night. We did book a spa session as well which was actually pretty busy and so, not super relaxing (and you paid extra for this). The breakfast is good but was also super busy - they try and help this by staggering the times but it seemed like too many people. Only other minor inconvenience was that the Chromecast didn't work.

This is a brilliant hotel in a convenient location in Gothenberg. We didn’t realise we had breakfast included, as were so impressed with the breakfast spread. As a vegan, I often have a lot of anxiety and associate hotel breakfasts with limited options that I can make do with. The vegan options at the breakfast buffet were incredible and was the first hotel I’ve stayed at where I felt like I had as much choice as everyone else. I really want the commend the hotel for this. The hotel was clean, all of the staff were welcoming and pleasant, and it’s so convenient being able to make use of the hotel gym. Incredible stay and have already recommended this hotel to friends and family!!

Lovely hotel. Stayed there during the danish fall break (week 42) with my family of four. The breakfast was lovely and varied - pretty crowded during the weekend, while on the weekdays, there was plenty of room. Stayed in a family room and it worked fine. The cleaning was ok but not too thorough. The bistro - Heurlins - was a bland experience. Sweet and busy staff, but the food wasn’t great and the light so dimmed we could hardly see. All in all a fine a comfy hotel with a great location - would stay there again the next time I’m in Göteborg.

This is a beautiful opulent hotel but it is huge and more suited to conferences than leisure breaks. Lack of storage space in hotel room was a big minus - there is one small cupboard containing fridge, coffee machine, kettle, and ironing board, with a single rail above for hanging clothes as long as they're not too long to dangle into the coffee machine. Useless for more than one night - we lived out of suitcases. It wasn't clear from Expedia that there is no use of the spa included in the price and that it is an extra 295SEK per person for a 2 hour slot which has to be booked. The spa is relaxing and has good ambience but the facilities are extremely limited (hot sauna good, cold sauna hopeless, experience showers limited to a bucket of not very cold water, pools have no seating or bubbles - just large pools of warm shallow water). Staff were professional and friendly, but housekeeping extremely erratic with poor communication meaning that small problems became big and annoying.
