"We booked a double non smoking room, which has a good layout that felt like you had enough space in the room with views overlooking the river. The hotel is an easy 10 minute walk from Hiroshima station, the atomic bomb dome is about a 30 minute walk from the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distances. This hotel was the cheapest we paid in our 6 week holiday in Japan so I think it is great value for the price we paid, the only negative thing about the hotel is the breakfast area where the tables are so close together that you can not get in or out if other people are sitting beside you or behind you, for this reason only I might consider another hotel of similar style if the price was comparable."

"An exceptional property in a beautiful position. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Amenities met all our needs. Our family room was outstanding. We had the most beautiful view from our spacious room. Our beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. We were able to easily walk everywhere we needed to go."

"Hotel was beyond what we imagined and it exceeded many of our expectations. First of all it’s in the Hiroshima train station and we rode the Shinkansen to get there and easy access to the bus at the North entrance because we utilize the JR Kansai-Hiroshima 5 day Area Pass. So Easy and very convenient to commute to our destinations and attractions because we were within the vicinity. The train station has a lot of restaurants, shops, movie theater, etc. The hotel was beautiful and one of the best breakfasts we had in Japan. They also have free flow which the restaurant provides drinks and snacks 2x in the evening between 3-6 pm and 9-10 pm if your plan comes with it. All the staff was welcoming with a wonderful and kind hospitality. No onsen but our room had the shower and tub combo and I was able to do a bath every night which was so relaxing after a day of exploring. Another plus was the toilet was separate from the bath, makes getting ready more efficient when traveling with someone…in my case, my husband. Effortless luggage transfers and the staff was very accommodating and filled out our paperwork and even called the next hotel to confirm reservation to verify our belongings went to the right place. The observation deck was a plus where we hung out on our first night to take in the city’s skyline and enjoyed the view. Overall love this hotel and will definitely book another stay with them when I visit on the future."
