A few disappointing things with this hotel. 1. I was on the 11th floor with the sun beaming directly into my room and the AC would never actually cool my room off. I was sweating the entire time in my room and during the night. 2. No wash cloth was provided to shower with. 3. The shower sprayed everywhere and hard that it would get the entire bathroom floor wet. 4. The bathroom sink handles leaked getting all my stuff wet. I would not stay at this place again.

Great location, friendly staff, but the room was very hot and there was no method to control the room temperature. The air conditioner ould not be turned on and the widows did not open; room was unbearably hot.

Great Location
Our room had an amazing view of the river and Hiroshima Peace Memorial buildings and it is in walking distance of the museum. Parking behind the hotel was about ¥2000/$20 a day. Breakfast was ok we showed up at the end of breakfast and food was not being replenished. Breakfast promptly ended at the designated time and food is removed from the buffet. lol They had American style (eggs, Japanese sausage & bacon, yogurt, cereal, and breads) and typical Japanese style items on the buffet. There is a Family Mart , Starbucks, and McDonalds within walking distance. The pillows were Japanese style so bring your own pillow if you need something less firm. The room’s A/C and Heat although central was not controllable from inside the room. It was hot and cold at times. Convenient for families visiting this area.

Excellent location for visiting Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum with a limited budget. The control of room air conditioner was not good. We opened the window to cool down the room temperature.
