Pros were: a good place to stay when taking a ferry to visit Manhattan and thus saving on hotel costs, beautiful landscaping on the property, comfortable beds, decent breakfast bar, staff were friendly and helpful. Cons were: hotel did not have a shuttle to the Staten Island ferry, hotel room door was difficult to open, hotel room sink did not drain well, and parking spaces were very narrow, though we did always find a parking space."
