"Staff was great, the overall condition was not very good, needs a lot of TLC work. Ok for a one night travel stay, but would not recommend for anything longer than that."

"The property is currently undergoing renovation so please keep that in mind if you choose to stay here. It is not horrible, but it is certainly not my preference. The rate per night needs to be lowered since there is a lot of maintenance that needs to be taken care of. The halls have a certain smell or odor. The hotels.com app says there is a car for guests but there is no courtesy transportation for guests. The food prices in the pantry are high. It would be nice to have complimentary coffee in the lobby. The laundry is included in the stay so that is nice just bring your own detergent or purchase from them. There are stores and restaurants in walking distance. Pretty decent area to stay in a hotel. The property offers cooking vessels, but "your neighbor" has it and will not return. Poorly thought out concept. I'm my opinion, close the hotel down and reopen when the property is in much better shape."

"I’ve been at this hotel before and the breakfast was good but now it’s pretty sparse. The toaster barely works and the eggs were bland. The room was very clean but wallpaper was peeling the total flapper needs to be replaced. Loved the lotions and shampoo. Had a problem with the tv and the head of maintenance fixed it promptly. The front desk staff were very helpful with questions"

"Staff eager to help and signed us in earlier than expected. They were very helpful. The room was well fitted out, beds comfortable and all was clean. They were eager to help and provided additional towels when asked to do so. Definitely a place to stay when in Middletown, NY"
