Out stay was wonderful! The house was clean and ready for us. Lindsay provided quite a bit of food for breakfasts. We really enjoyed the lake and docks especially the diving board and paddle boards!

We had plenty of room for our 6 kiddos. The hosts were awesome and plenty of things gor the kids to do!

This was an absolutely magical place. The accomodations were exactly as described, clean, roomy, comfortable, private. We had full use of the amenities - the huge backyard, firepit, two docks. We hiked at a nearby park each morning. In the afternoons paddled, fished, and swam right outside. And at night, we built a fire for smores. Lindsay was friendly and responsive. We will for sure visit again!

Our stay wasn’t a vacation getaway, it was a place to sleep while we were in town for a family wedding. So not a lot of time spent here. It was easy check in. Host left plenty of quick breakfast items. It was our first time staying at a bed n breakfast, so that was a new experience for us. We were never disturbed which was nice. The downfall was the toilet. It runs non stop and we had to remove the tank lid to wiggle it to make it stop.

Lake life tucked away!

This is such a fun property! We are staying half way during a longer trip and it was so spacious for my family. The beds are very comfortable and the snacks provided were such an added bonus! My kids loved playing and my husband had the most relaxing kayak ride in the morning. Definitely want to come back!

Weekend trip

We had a great time! The property was perfect for a weekend trip to the lake. Our host was very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed the lake access and fire pit. We definitely want to come back in the future!

The property had some really great aspects and a few that were not so great. First the good: we loved the lake! The two piers, slide, diving board, and stand up paddle boards were all family favorites. The hosts had everything we needed to enjoy the water. It made our vacation great. The less good: the actual accommodations were a little rough around the edges. A constantly running toilet, doors that don’t close all the way, cobwebs, and a shedding couch that littered the ground with pieces of black fabric. The stove only partially worked and we couldn’t find a smoke detector anywhere. The breakfast included bagels that expired the day before we arrived which made us question the freshness of the eggs (not in a carton) and muffins. Our greatest issue was that the table was so wobbly we were afraid to set any drinks on it lest they crash straight to the floor. Did any of these things ruin our vacation? No. But it wasn’t what I expected. A little bit of time and cash could go a long way to improve things.
