The stay was not so good this time. A loud barking dog was right above us so it made it hard to sleep. My oldest daughter used one of their hand towels on her face and it broke her face out into a really bad rash. The rash covered her entire face including her eyes. I've never seen my daughter's face like that before so that was very disappointing.

At check in: reception was smacking her mouth with food on her lips. Offered my ID when she asked for it, but she never looked up to take it. No directions given to room location until I asked. My dog has been freaked out since we entered the lobby, and she’s comfortable anywhere.
My first room (118): smoke alarm was beeping and phone was broken. No trouble getting a different room after I walked back to the lobby.
Second room (121): boogers flicked on the ceiling over the bed, dried urine on the toilet seat, and dust settled everywhere. I could hear dirt crunch under my train case when I placed it on the counter. Rusty metal everywhere, including lamp base and ironing board.
Parking spaces are WAY too small (I could barely open my doors on a crossover parked between two, properly parked, full size trucks)
Tons of traffic noise.

Older hotel but it was clean. Nothing much on the breakfast bar. Biggest complaint is that the walls are so thin you can hear people in the next room snoring and doing other things!!!! Made us feel very uncomfortable!!! You get what you pay for!!!

Next to the River Walk greenway and easy access from the main highway. The only "hot" food item for breakfast was self service waffles plus toasted bread and baked items. There is a Waffle House conveniently next door though.
