"A well positioned hotel. The room we had was small but we weren’t in it for long. Staff were welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was lovely. Had to queue for hot drinks as one machine wasn’t working but otherwise would definitely return to this hotel."

"The documents/info we received did not mention the POD rail transfer from T5 to hotel (8 plus pounds pp each way) We took bus route 423 for a fraction of the price Bus runs every 15 minutes. Restaurant is pretty good. There is also a nice pub 10 minute walk to the west"
