"The room we occupied had a wonderful ocean view. Unfortunately, though, it was not maintained well. The shower curtain rod was falling down so that water was all over the bathroom floor. The screen door to the outside was ripped up and taped with duct tape. Overall the so-called resort was a bit “rough around the edges”. It needs further remodeling."

"While the property looks a bit dated from the outside, our room was newly renovated with new paint and fixtures. Kitchen was adequately stocked with utensils. Enjoyed our stay and would be perfect for a gathering of friends. Extremely family and pet friendky"

"Tammy our host was great. Answered our check in question on the first call after one ring. Place is immaculate. The perfect beach house. Sunsets on the back deck …nice. Would return again. Dinner and drinks at Gerry’s Bar just down the road was a hoot."

"Love how close we were to the beach, had our own path. Little bit of a hill to go over. The house was clean, though not updated. There were some stains on the carpet. Looking at previous reviews, I personally had no issue with hot water for showers, but my mom and brother took showers at the same time in two of the down stairs bathrooms so they did get cold water quickly. The stoves burner was horrible, they really need a new stove. The windows definitely should be cleaned so you can see the ocean and sunset clearly. The downstairs bed in room that has a door to the driveway needs a new bed. It was like the left side was an air bed, you sink down. All the other beds were great. For the price, we would stay there again, but suggest updates and there can charge a bit more."

"The house was clean and comfortable. In a good location. We don't have pets, but they had a lot of pet friendly items: Leashes, food and water bowls, chew toys, pet beds etc. for guests to use. We were initially disappointed by a sign in the kitchen that said they don't allow live crab to be cooked in the house (one of our favorite things to do at the coast), but they recommended having live crabs cooked in Waldport. We found a business, "ShrimpDaddy's", that cooked and cleaned our crabs for a very reasonable price, and in the end we were very happy with the result. We would stay here again."
