"The location of this hotel is the best. Right on top of the bart exit. Easy for us to commute to Oakland concert and walk to many attractions. The facility is a bit outdated but overall clean. It's pet-friendly so you will hear barking when you walk through the hallway."

"Decent hotel in a very convent location for many downtown SF attractions. The hotel is on a quiet street but close to the Tenderloin and Polk street actions. Customer Service was nice and average, rooms were clean and simple, and the hotel seemed to be well maintained. I liked being able to open the windows for fresh air. Parking can be difficult but there are garages nearby."

"Good and cozy hotel. Great location on market st. Good stay on a budget. Staff was ok- there was one guy on night shift that couldnt even greet or say anything but that is respected- not all can talk i guess. Cleanliness was good. The old timey elevator was awesome."
