"Very clean property and the staff is AMAZING! We had to stay here because our son is a UCSF patient on chemotherapy for his autoimmune condition. Once the staff new about our situation
they helped us tremendously. They upgraded our room to help with my son, gave us breakfast vouchers and a 10% discount that they did not have to give. We will be staying again at this location as we have another appointment coming up on December 1, 2025! Thank you to the staff at IHG Intercontinental SF. We will see you again soon."
"The rooms were super amazing for the area and the size is great, I was super happy to get amazing parking and such a fun quaint little place with a staff that really made you feel welcome"
"First impressions are everything. Jenna was extremely warm and welcoming. She was so kind and asked my partner and I for our pronouns to ensure she was being respectful. Her explanation of the hotel was thorough and answered all our questions. She’s a very rememberable person and the hotel should be very grateful so have someone like her on the team. A true asset.
The room was super cute! We had to kill about 10 gnats which was off putting but other than that, the room was fine. I would suggest more lighting or better bulbs. It was so dark, even with all the lights on! "
