"Staff lovely"

"The hotel itself was very nice. The rooms were spacious and clean the gentleman who checked us in was a little unwelcoming and frosty. Car parking you had to pay for, which Marriott could have covered the cost."

"This was a great hotel for our family weekend away to Paultons Park. The Reception staff were 5 star ... others we encountered around the hotel were fine but not to the same standard as the front of house Gentleman who checked us in. The hotel is clean and the breakfast standard was good but they seemed to run out of food very quickly and it took quite a while to replenish. The bar is a bit lacking in variety but it was fine for a quick drink. We had dinner at a pub called The Farmers House (outstanding food and service) so cannot comment on dinner but the menu looked fine and not overly priced. We went to the pool between 5pm and 6.30pm. It was very busy but the kids loved it. Overall an enjoyable stay and we would book again. "

"Bedroom needs updating a the tv ratio was wrong so wasdifficult to watch.We would. Go back however "

"Everithing good but, swimming pool is from 16+ age. Didn’t found age limit anywhere on booking. We choose this hotel because of the pool and at the end didn’t use because we were with younger kids. "

"I have no issues with this Hotel it was very clean and presentable. It is also incredibly quiet at night. I would highly recommend. "

"Lovely place, good spa, we spent a long weekend in a relaxed mode there, and it was perfect, quiet and a few minutes from downtown, in a few words, the weekend was spectacular 🌹"
