"My family and I stayed in two rooms for 5 nights at the Residence Inn by Marriott Kapolei for our Thanksgiving Family Vacation. The front desk welcomed us but could not accommodate our request for connecting rooms or close to each other. My studio room was on the first floor, and my daughter and her family's one-bedroom suite were on the fourth floor. Both rooms and bathrooms were clean, had a full kitchen, and spacious. BUT my daughter's room had a plate of breakfast food left in the microwave that the Housekeeper did not throw out so the microwave was not cleaned! They did not call the front office but I would have because that did not meet Marriott's stadards! That was gross! My studio room had no issues. *My studio room Housekeeper, Kiana provided us with great service, and she always went above and beyond my expectations! I asked her about taking the pool towels to the beach. She explained not to take the pool towels because they have trackers on them. Whatever we needed, she delivered to our room immediately. Before our last day, I made sure we saw her before we left for the day and I told her that we didn't need room service because we were checking out in the morning and only needed a couple of bath towels. She delivered them right away. I tipped her and thanked her for her exceptional service. She could not thank me enough! Thank you, Kiana, for taking care of us. Your customer service skills were 110% above my satisfaction! I remain a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member!*"

"I liked staying at the four seasons. There are lot to love about that property - ocean, pools, dining and so on. I have 2 minor complaints though: * Privacy/sound insulation, while good and wasn't an issue could be improved. Most notably is the door has some space let's sound in. * Spa. We had couples massage and while massage was good room itself could be better. I was at Four Seasons Palo Alto SPA and I liked it better there. "

They left a lovely welcome gift upon our arrival…the home was clean, peaceful & easily accessible to anything you may need in the area. "The hosts were wonderful communicators and answered any questions we had promptrly. The condo was spacious and comfortable and well stocked with beach needs (towels, chairs, umbrellas etc.). It is also in easy walking distance of the Ko' Olina shops and restaurants. Having this lovely condo to relax in helped make our vacation perfect!"

"We stayed at Tiffany's home for our very first family vacation with my parents. Her home was spacious for all of us and the outside patio and garden are amazing! My boys loved looking for the lizards and geckos in the yard. Her home is conveniently located to everything that you could even walk to the Walmart close by. We had such a great time and can only hope we can stay again in the future! Mahalo again for the hospitality and the welcome gift! It truly felt like home away from home!!"
