"Location - LOVE IT! Nice setup with tent, fireplace (no firewood) , close to river , chill and nice vibe No sleeping in, coz you can hear everything from the tent next door. So pray no kids in the morning What’s lacking - ZERO supply. Did get an email AFTER we made the reservation. They don’t even supply paper cups, napkins, paper plates , etc. So BRING EVERYTHING YOU NEED . Bathroom- it’s individual community shower. So just use you imagination lol. No HOT WATER. Waited 3 hours still...

"The property was very clean and very comfortable beds. We were close to Black’s Bar BQ one our favorite places to eat every time we come to Lockhart and everything else. We really enjoyed our stay. "
