"This is by far the nastiest property I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. The room smelled like moldy dogs, there were dead flys everywhere and the mattress cover stains from God knows what. Lucky I was on camping trip so I had river shoes to walk around room, and sleeping bag that I used to sleep on top of covers. I only got the room because of heavy rain storm, If given the choice next time I’ll sleep outside in the rain. At least I know what I’ll be facing. "

"This place is great. If you're staying in Arkanas, this is the place to stay. The hosts are the best, the cabin is awesome, and there are lots of things to see and do! All the conviences of home, but you're a guest, just enjoying the great outdoors of what Arkansas has to offer."
