"I rarely leave reviews but we had such an amazing time at this property! We cooked most meals and had everything we needed. The access to the river was so easy and close to the home. In my opinion, this is the best section of the river! We loved the rope swing and the few people floating by in tubes. Very family friendly for children of all ages. We are already planning to come back."

"The house was absolutely spotless, with so many thoughtful extra touches. Everything we needed for breakfast was in the fridge, fresh fruit on the counter. We loved sitting on the front porch swing and watching the birds. Very quiet, we enjoyed walking around the property, and a campfire our last night there. "Marc was a gracious host and has a beautiful property. It was very easily accessible off the main highway. The cabin was perfect for two, plus cute, secluded, peaceful, and relaxing. Marc went out of his way to accommodate us, and we had a beautiful view of the river from the nice covered patio. We were only minutes away from restaurants in town and plan to stay here again! "We were so happy with this stay! The house is super cozy and clean with a wood burning fireplace in the living room and a lovely kitchen, beautiful woodwork throughout, and a patio off the bedroom that faces a valley. Every morning we got a stunning sunrise view from our comfy bed. It’s just close enough to Mount Ida and Hot Springs while also being remote. "The cabin was exactly as described. We loved the wrap around porch and that it was gated. So our granddaughter could run and play and we could set and relax and not have to chase a toddler down. The only down side was they were working on the cabin next door to us. And they had dogs. I love dogs, we have dogs. But we don’t allow our dogs to run everywhere and certainly not to other property. The dogs were small but very aggressive and they would not listen to the owner and return on their own....

With our kids having families of their own, we needed a place to accommodate my husband and I plus six other adults and three young children two and under. This property was perfect, it had everything we needed. We will definitely be returning!"

"We enjoyed our stay. The back porch was the best! The only issue was the shower is not made for tall people. My husband is 6’3” and his head hit the roof of the shower. I am 5’10” and had to bend over to wash my hair. Just a piece of helpful info for the next person renting. The covered back porch and the dock you can fish on made up for it though!"
