"Room was super clean though somewhat dated as others have mentioned. Felt safe and comfortable in a second floor room. The coffee at 6:00 am was old and cold and the fresh pot was simply added to the old coffee. The Continental Breakfast was like most hotels, and I would not have paid extra if it had been required. I would consider staying here again with a few modest improvements as the price was indeed reaaonable."

"We loved our stay. It was very restful with a great restaurant and bar attached so we didn’t have to go anywhere for food. There was a sort of strange 15 dollar fee the day of to access parking and the breakfast buffet but other than that no surprises. "

"Place is foul. Looks like a good place to get murdered. Resembles a crime scene. Staff is horrific with regards to guest services. We had no choice to book here due to a shortages of rooms in the Hartford area. We left and slept in our car at the airport. "

"The room was very nice and clean. Smelled wonderful. I am someone that tends to be cold all the time. The heat was set to 55 degrees and at 67. When I tried turning it up, it only gave me a message "AUX Heat On" and did not warm up. When waking up it was down to 65."
