My daughter and I stayed at Residence Inn while attending the Cardi B concert (4/3/2026) The room (a loft) was more like a small, cute apartment! We loved it! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The best part, the breakfast! They had an awesome selection of breakfast foods, fresh fruit and beverages. If I’m ever in Hartford again, I would 100% stay here again.

Clean big room. Hotel is well located, walking distance everywhere. Building is historical and beautiful, however hotel outside entrance is a bit scary and run down! But once you walk in to the hotel area is nice. Breakfast is ok, process fresh food.

The location of the hotel was right downtown, which made the city walkable and convenient to highways and the train. Most of all, the staff was incredible.
