Excellent! Best kept secret in New Haven. My room was spacious. Lobby was beautiful and had coffee and breakfast. I would stay again, but you must have a car.

Great staff and very friendly people. Property is not maintained and smoke inside, carpet has lot of stains.. Let me stop now, there more to list. Good thing about this property is friendly staff and they extend to help their guests.

We got upgraded To a 2 bed room room and we were so happy. The room was spacious and beautiful and clean. Def will be going back and getting that room again.

It is a great Apartment-hotel and the suites have the right amenities. One critic that I have would be that there would sometimes you could smell the cigarette smoke from other neighbours blowing into the furnace. Public transportation is limited and so it's best to have a car. Staff is super helpful and accommodating.

excellent customer service the room was clean comfortable just one little problem. Didn’t like I couldn’t get the room for another night because they was all booked, but I know they have a lot of people living there . I just know one thing if I wanna stay there book my room for another night. 😊

The property was poorly cleaned before we arrived but they did work woth us to extend our stay an extra night. The breakfast,which is the kids favorite part of staying at hotels, was terrible.

The property was centrally located in New Haven and breakfast was good, but the inside of the room was very worn out, carpet had stains and closet doors didn't close properly. I'm glad that I had flip flops to use when walking on the carpet.

The staff was very friendly, breakfast was good, beds were comfortable. The kitchen appliances were a little dated and there was suppose to be housekeeping once a week but no one came to clean our room. Had to go and get garbage bags and clean towels.
