"Stayed one night had an unpleasant experience at checkout. Had two rooms reserved for the next two nights nonrefundable. We didn’t go back. They can keep their money. I won’t stay at any Hyatt anymore. They’re not like they used to be and neither are their people, enough said."

"Sheets were worn, not sure the pillow cases were changed, and the hotel did not receive the Expedia reservation so I had to pay out of pocket and now have to get a refund from Expedia. Hotel staff were nice but could not solve the reservation problem."

"The room was spacious and clean. Was told upon check in a shuttle to the Woodfield Mall would be available next morning. Went to sign up for shuttle next morning and was told “we don’t shuttle to the Mall, only to select businesses in the area”. The biggest reason for selecting this hotel was because on the site within Orbitz in the description, it specifically read “shuttle within 5 miles”. Very disappointing to find out that didn’t include the Mall and we had to drive there. Had to hunt down Housekeeping on 2nd day to replenish towels, toilet paper, etc. even though we were told on check in we would be provided this service and our room number would be put on the list for that day. When I found a housekeeper, she pointed out our room was not included on her daily task list. Two elevators serviced the hotel and only one was in service. There was no “out of order” on the 2nd one, but we were there 3 nights and the 2nd one never moved. And the one that did work was extremely slow. Breakfast was just so so."

"Liked the price Room NOT very clean Never had maid service Did it my self. Got my own clean towels. One person said leave dirt towel Another said bring them to office. Mixed Messages. Property VERY UNKEMPT .Emptied my own trash.Some Laundry machines not working. Had cigarette smoke & weed coming through the door from next door. Loud TV & Voices coming through door from next door. Door did not close 100%. Staff good. parking ok as long as you pay attention to the pot holes. Check out easy."
